National Chevy Assoc. is a small business in Saint Paul, MN. We are collaborative, fast-paced, nimble and our goal is to help restore and preserve 1949-1954 Chevrolet cars with every customer, order, and part we provide.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Try your very best 100% of the time

Present yourself in a professional and friendly manner

Work both independently and as a team

Must be willing to start and continue learning about automotive parts as you go with our all-hands-on-deck team

Take pictures of incoming used parts inventory and list items for sale on our website following a pre-established process

General assistance with sales for a small family retail business, from start to finish

Help pull customer orders from stock building(s) and track out of stock inventory, package and ship outgoing deliveries

Pay extra attention to detail on every order

Safely handle customer and business payment methods

Assist front office with telephone calls for orders, quotes, questions, tracking, and other inquiries

Count, fill, and put together "in-house" parts kits to help stock shelves

May assist with unpacking, repacking, labeling, and putting away deliveries

May assist with returns

May perform other duties as needed

This is a small family business with an all-hands-on-deck team

EXPERIENCE

Must be able to learn and use computer programs, with training

Retail customer service/parts counter experience preferred

Any automotive parts experience a plus

QUALIFICATIONS

Able to follow procedure with strong attention to detail and communication throughout

Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Able to lift up to 30-50 lbs without help, occasionally more with assistance

Able to stick with repetitive tasks and jobs at times

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
